Tuesday, February 11, 2020 

8 AM - 9 AM: VALUEvent Breakfast Meeting at Four Points Sheraton, 316 W. Tennessee St. 

9 AM - Noon: Legislative Day - Lobbying at State Capitol 

 SEMINAR MATERIALS: The seminar material will be emailed to each student prior to class. Due to the frequency of updates and changes to the material, the chapter will NO LONGER print the student materials. IT WILL BE THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PRINT THE SEMINAR MATERIAL AND BRING WITH YOU TO CLASS OR UPLOAD TO YOUR LAPTOP. It is mandatory that you have your materials at class.

To receive a CE Certificate after completing the seminar, you will need to log into your AI Account, click on Education & Events to complete the class evaluation. Once that is completed, you will have access to your CE Certificate

* The Breakfast Meeting on 2/11/20 will be sponsored by the Region X Government Relations Committee prior to the State Capitol lobbying.    

NOTE to VALUEvent Package attendees:   No shows to the Tuesday lobbying activities will be invoiced an additional amount due to the discounted fee.

Attendance:  One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
