About the Workshop
It’s definitely a New Year! A new year with new rules and procedures. Information all practicing appraisers need to know to be compliant.
Our panelists won’t waste any time digging into the multitude of changes facing appraisers in 2020. They will cover the 2020-2021 USPAP changes that all practicing appraisers need to know and provide clarity on complying with AB 5 (the new independent contractor law). Do you know what the ABC three-part test is? Well, you will after you attend this informative workshop. Learn about the demands some of our clients are making and the 'business to business' exemption. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and UAD requirements and bifurcated appraisals will also be addressed.
