HOTEL RESERVATIONS: For the group rate, all guest sleeping room reservations must be booked by September 16, 2021.
We have reserved very few guest sleeping rooms at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina under the group name of South Carolina Chapter Appraisal Institute. The room rate is $199 +13% tax, a nightly $28 resort fee, and $2 per room night destination marketing fee (all inclusive $258.77). Guests are provided with access to all of the amenities on property (regardless of which building they are staying), the fitness center, self-parking, shuttle transportation to the historic district, daily shuttle to Sullivan's Island Beach, bike rentals, wireless internet in guestrooms and public areas, morning coffee service, recreational activities, resort concerts and beach parties.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If the program is filled, e-mail sbrockway@aiatlanta.org to be placed on a waiting list. The South Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for registrants' non-refundable airline reservations, lodging, or other expenses incurred by the participant. If you have a disability and require accommodation, please notify the South Carolina Chapter office at least two weeks in advance. We will arrange for reasonable accommodation.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a registrant wishes to cancel registration, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation and his/her AI account # to sbrockway@aiatlanta.org.
Registration Cancellation Fees:
- Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $10 cancel fee
- 3-14 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee
- Less than 3 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided
