2 - Explore the workings of the Iowa Property Assessment Appeal Board in our second session with PAAB Board Member Dennis Loll, SRAunraveling its authority, processes, and the impact on property assessments.

3 - Appraisal Practice Issues and Trends, will be presented by in-coming 2024 National Appraisal Institute President Sandra K. Adomatis, SRA, delving into emerging challenges and best practices, ensuring you stay at the forefront of the profession.

Class:  Nov 1st, 2023.  Registration from 10:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.   Class starts at 10:30am and runs thru 3:30pm   (Lunch & drinks are included with seminar fee). Social to follow from 3:30-5:00pm

Continue Education Credit: Four (4) hours of continuing education credits have been applied for license and appraisal certification renewal in Iowa and Illinois, four (4) hours of continuing education credits have been applied for, for Realtors by the Iowa Real Estate Commission, four (4) hours of continuing education credits have been applied for by the Appraisal Institute. Four (4) hours has been applied for to the Iowa Dept of Revenue for Assessors.
