This seminar, developed and administered by the Mid-Hudson Chapter – AI, is a compilation of mini-seminars presented by members of the Mid-Hudson Chapter and non-appraiser professionals with expertise in real estate related matters covering a wide range of topics, both residential and commercial. Some presenters will use case studies to illustrate how to solve a particular appraisal problem or how the valuation of a property type may be impacted by specific factors.  Others will focus on current issues related to the appraisal industry and/or the appraisal process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 

Up To 15 days prior to program start date, refund in full. 8 - 14 days prior to program start date, $35.00 cancellation fee. 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. We reserve the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the course and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any non-refundable airline reservations.
