Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines: Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver's license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary. ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Check state approvals before registering to make sure the states you are licensed have approved the course/seminar and allow Virtual education in place of classroom education during the pandemic.

     

Notes

This class will be held Virtually on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link prior to the class. You must follow the Virtual Education requirements providing a picture ID and using a Webcam and Audio functions on your electronic device to be seen and heard throughout the program.

This 2-hour program has been approved by the NJ and NY State Boards for CE approval.

Cancellation Policy

If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to Debra Miller at metronj@ai-newjersey.org.

For virtual courses: Up to 1 day prior to the program start date, $5 cancel fee. 

Less than 1 day prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.

The chapter event will start at 11:30 am. 

The Zoom event will open at 11:00 am to check devices and ensure you can meet the Virtual education requirements.

Roll call was start at 12:00 pm sharp.

100% attendance required with audio video requirements met for the 100% requirement.
