Class information: This is a virtual class. All students are
required to have a web camera and a microphone. When the instructor reads
the attendance roster, you will need to show your identification. Class
materials will be available in the Education section on your Appraisal
Institute account. You will need to download these materials and have them
ready and available to use before the class begins. If you opted to purchase
printed materials at an additional fee when registering, they will be shipped
directly to you, please have them ready and available to use before the class
begins. Class will begin at 8:30am and end at 3:30pm,

Cancellation Policy • Up To 15 days prior to
program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee • 7 - 14 days prior to program
start date, $25.00 cancellation fee • Less than 7 days prior to program start
date, forfeit of payment Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must
be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not
assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been
received. Direct your email requests to: execdir@ai-utah.com. The Utah Chapter
of the Appraisal Institute is not responsible for students' non-refundable
airline reservations or other travel expenses. The Chapter reserves the right
to cancel, limit, or reschedule the program and to change faculty assignments
and facility locations at any time. Course Attendance: One hundred percent
(100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs.
This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements.
Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you
will not receive credit.

Supervisor/Trainee Course
The course objectives are that the Trainee
Appraiser understands:
~AQB minimum qualifications for becoming a
Trainee Appraiser
~Utah rules for Trainee Appraisers that
exceed those of the AQB Criteria
~Processes and roles of the entities involved
in establishing qualifications for credential appraisers
~Expectations and responsibilities of the
Trainee Appraiser
~Basics of the Uniform Standards of
Professions Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
~Responsibilities and requirement of a
Trainee & Supervisor Appraiser’s role in maintaining and signing all
Trainee Appraiser experience logs.
