Notes

The theme of the 2022 State of Atlanta Conference is “It’s a Whole New World and How Do We Stay Relevant?”  This seminar will include presentations of significant interest within today’s real estate market.  Attendees will learn from experts in various property type specialties, who will share their knowledge and perceptions on relevant local real estate.

Continuing Education

The Appraisal Institute has approved 17.5 points of continuing education.  The GA Real Estate Appraisers Board has approved 3.5 hours of CE credit. 


Attendance Policy

100% attendance is required for CE credit.  Partial credit is not permitted.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy:

If a registrant wishes to cancel registration, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation and his/her AI account # to sbrockway@aiatlanta.org.


Enrollment Cancellation Fees:

  • Up to 15 days prior to the program start date, $25 cancel fee
  • 3-14 days prior to the program start date, $50 cancel fee
  • Less than 3 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided
