Metro New Jersey Chapter's offering of Case Studies in Partial Interests: An Overview of Local New Jersey and New York Examples. The seminar has been approved by the NJ and NY State Board of Real Estate Appraisers for 7 CE hours (PA is reciprocal with NJ). Registration will begin at 8:15 a.m. Continental breakfast is included. Class will begin at 8:30 a.m. at Raritan Valley Community College, 118 Lamington Ave, Branchburg, NJ. A confirmation with directions and a room number will go out one week before the seminar.
