Tuition includes Conference presentations that will be sent
electronically to attendees at the conclusion of the program.
ZOOM REQUIREMENTS: This seminar will be offered via Zoom Virtual Classroom. Participants must have a computer or tablet with web camera, audio, microphone and reliable internet connection to participate and receive continuing education credit. The Zoom platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students, and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor throughout the class. After you have registered for the program, a copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office for ID verification prior to the offering start date. Please cover all information except your full name and photo prior to sending to the Chapter. If you provided your driver’s license for a previous class, it is not necessary to resubmit. A Zoom access link will be emailed to participants prior to the class. The link will be in a different email than your seminar confirmation. You do not need a paid account from Zoom to participate. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone, please download the Zoom app prior to the offering. Please check your webcam privacy settings on your computer. If you have a Lenovo laptop, you must have the Lenovo Vantage App installed on your computer for your webcam to work.

Requests for cancellation must be received in writing at the
Chapter Office. The Chapter reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule
the course and to change faculty assignments and facility location at any time;
therefore, prospective students should confirm their registration prior to
making any non-refundable airline reservations. The Appraisal Institute, North
Texas Chapter is not responsible for students’ non-refundable airline
reservations or other travel costs. There are NO transfers; you must cancel out
of the course.
