Celebrate 2022 and kick off the holiday season with NCAI! Make plans to join us in Charlotte, NC to install the 2023 officers, congratulate our newly designated members, find out what planned for the new year and celebrate with friends while make new connections. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Meeting Location: Foundation for the Carolinas, Charlotte, NC

Parking: Recommended parking is in the Truist Tower parking garage, which has entrances on Fifth and Sixth Street between North Tryon and College Streets. Parking will be validated only for the Truist Tower parking garage.

If you park in the Truist Tower parking garage, take the elevator from the parking deck to the main floor. Walk straight past the turnstiles and turn right to get to the main lobby. Go through the lobby and exit into Truist Tower Plaza. The Foundation for the Carolinas building is on the right side of the plaza. The main entrance is on North Tryon Street.

There are additional parking garages, surface lots and metered spaces available at prevailing rates near Belk Place. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Up To 14 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee.
  • 7 - 13 days prior to program start date, $20.00 cancellation fee.
  • Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.

Cancellation Clause
All cancellations must be submitted writing via e-mail at info@ncappraisalinstitute.org. Confirmed participants should not assume that cancellation has been granted until confirmation has been received. No refunds 7 days or less prior to event.

The North Carolina Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (NCAI) is not responsible for students' non-refundable airline reservations or other travel costs.

NCAI reserves the right to cancel, limit, or reschedule the program and to change faculty assignments and facility locations at any time. Prospective students should confirm their registration before making any nonrefundable airline reservations.
