Class Location: CenterState Bank Operations Center, 1951 8th Street NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881

The building is generally located at the southwest corner of 8th Street NW (US Hwy 17) and Havendale Boulevard behind the RaceTrac. Press the intercom button on the wall for access; let receptionist know you are there for the Appraisal Institute class. Receptionist will direct you to classroom. Beverages and snacks will be provided.

Schedule: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM

You will receive a CE Certificate within one week of completing the class.

FREAB: 3 CE Hours pending

Appraisal Institute: 15 CE Points

SEMINAR MATERIALS: The seminar material will be emailed to each student prior to class. Due to the frequency of updates and changes to the material, the chapter will NO LONGER print the student materials. IT WILL BE THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PRINT THE SEMINAR MATERIAL AND BRING WITH YOU TO CLASS OR UPLOAD TO YOUR LAPTOP. It is mandatory that you have your materials at class. Class Description: This 3-hour Florida Law Update class is required by the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board to renew Florida real estate appraiser licenses once every two years. This 3-hour seminar was developed by Region X of the Appraisal Institute, who is solely responsible for its content.

Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.

State Certification: Students should contact their specific state to determine current education approval and requirements. Please follow the link above under locations to verify certification in your state.

Class Materials: You will receive the seminar material via separate email one week prior to class.

Download Materials: Please bring a printed copy of the materials with you or have it loaded on your laptop for viewing.

IMPORTANT: You cannot attend the class without materials. No additional materials will be available at the class. We suggest you bring a backup battery and a power strip.

Cancellation Policy

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee

• 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment
