Seminar Description:

Participants will learn why insurance appraisals are important for condominium associations and other clients, such as commercial property. Several different values are playing a role in an insurance appraisal and they will all be addressed. Furthermore, insurance terms and policies will be discussed. USPAP compliance and construction knowledge are a must in insurance appraisals. The middle section of the seminar will walk the participants through the contents of a properly prepared insurance appraisal report, from limiting conditions to reconciliation of values. The third portion of the seminar will be spent online, teaching the participants how to perform a commercial valuation on the Core Logic valuation platform.
