This virtual class is held by Zoom.
Several days before the class you will be sent the call in information. Class
hours are 8:30-4:30pm PST. Please start to log on shortly after 8am the day of
the class so we can get everyone checked in by 8:30am.
A camera and
microphone are required for all zoom classes. Your camera needs to be on at all
times so we can verify your attendance. If your camera is off and we can't
reach you we have to assume that you've left the class and you won't receive
any ce or a refund.

After you register please email a copy of your drivers license to Vicki
Champ at aioregon@oregonappraisers.org. Before emailing your license feel free
to mark out any personal information you don't feel comfortable sharing, all we
really need is your name, address and your photo. Shortly after the class ends
log in to the AI website and do the class evaluation, within a week you should
be able to login again and print your class certificate. If you have any
questions about any of this please call me at 503.910.5952 or email me at
aioregon@oregonappraisers.org. Thank you for taking a class with the Greater
