KEYNOTE – Timothy Andersen, MAI, MNAA, MSc, CDEI, Real Estate Appraiser, Consultant, Coach and Mentor at The Appraiser’s Advocate.
Tim Andersen will present a thought-provoking insight to the boots-on-the-ground appraiser with questions on USPAP, writing protocols, mentoring, consulting, adjustments, and so forth. Tim will provide a thought-provoking discussion to help you with all your questions and concerns regarding state appraisal board matters, litigation and simply providing a listening ear. A brief history of “how we got here” and where we are going.

A real estate appraisal has so many moving parts it is hard to keep them all straight, especially with USPAP compliance and due diligence issues. Tim is here to help with some appraisal coaching, mentoring, advice and encouragement.
