Guest speakers will be Pinellas Property Appraiser Michael Twitty, MAI, CFA and Patricia Staebler, SRA. Patricia Staebler, SRA, AI-RRS will discuss “Reactions
to Surfside Condo Collapse”, her work as a Reserve Analyst and a
brief overview as to why it happened and how associations should
work to prevent this.
Michael Twitty, MAI, CFA, Pinellas County Property Appraiser, will discuss the new legislation recently passed.
We will also be honoring and remembering Henry C. Entreken, MAI, who passed away this year.
