It is the student's responsibility to have the required equipment: Dependable Internet access, computer with webcam, microphones and speakers. The instructor / monitor must be able to see / view students throughout the offering and the students must be able to view the instructor and/or the instructor's presentation. IMPORTANT:  If you are seeking credit for this offering from a state outside of California, check directly with your state licensing board(s) - before registering - to make sure that they will accept (1) virtual classroom credit and/or (2) credit from an out-of-state provider.  Use caution in relying on information that appears on websites as some states do not consider "virtual" education equivalent to "classroom" education.  Applications are NOT being submitted to any states outside of California; not all states accept virtual classroom education.

Our Spring Litigation Conference presents advanced topics to appraisers interested in litigation work. This is an opportunity to sharpen your knowledge and broaden your practice by listening to some of the top litigation experts in the region and beyond.

Typically, IRWA, ASFMRA and ASA offer reciprocal approval for AI offerings; check with these organizations directly before registering to re-confirm especially since this is a virtual classroom offering.
