Notes

This seminar offered by Zoom will address, conceptually and with a case study, a number of complex issues, which often are misunderstood even by experienced appraisers, in valuing a property with unusually high vacancy, on-going external obsolescence, above market leases and landlord concessions. The issues will be discussed and then analyzed with Excel based solutions through the use of a case study involving the valuation of an existing, but fictitious, multi-tenant office building.
