Description: This program is designed for both residential and commercially certified and/or licensed real estate practitioners. The educational experience will review USPAP requirements. The program will explore a variety of alternatives when discussing what is expected in a workfile. The program will help attendees strengthen existing skills and improve weaknesses in exploring the concept of documented support. The open format of the program will allow for the exchange of ideas.

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY.  STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER, WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE.  IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE CREDIT.

Virtual Classroom Guidelines:   Students must have a computer, webcam and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit.  If you have a Lenova laptop, you must have the Lenova Vantage App installed on your computer for the webcam to operate.  The platform will be interactive and live.  The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor.  A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the start date.  You will receive a separate email from the chapter office with log-in access information.  Please contact the chapter office if you have any questions regarding the participation guidelines at wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com

Note:  Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Class size will be limited due to the virtual format.

You will receive a CE Certificate within one week of completing the class.

Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.

  • Attendance will be monitored throughout the day
  • Students are required to hold up photo ID at roll call, if requested
  • Students are required to be visible on the virtual platform during the entirety of the class
  • Instructors will direct questions to each student in the morning and afternoon

IMPORTANT: You cannot attend the class without materials. No additional materials will be available at the class. We suggest you bring a backup battery and a power strip.

Cancellation Policy

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $10.00 cancellation fee

• 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee

• Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment
