Notes

The 2-Hour Fair Housing Program will not satisfy the new requirement for a 5-hour Fair Housing program which will be available soon. This program is a preview to the 5-hour program in development.

This program has been approved by the New Jersey and New York Appraisal Boards for 2 CE hours.

Registration and breakfast: 9:00 am

Program: 9:30 - 11:30 am

Cancellation Policy

A $5 administrative fee is charged for cancellations after registration and up to 1 day before the program.

No refund will be provided for cancellations on the day of class, for no shows.

 If a student wishes to cancel enrollment, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email stating the reason for the cancellation to Debra Miller at metronj@ai-newjersey.org. 

Additional Information

This event will be held at the Maplewood Country Club and includes breakfast. Please contact the chapter if you have food restrictions.
