Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines: Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver's license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary. ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Check state approvals before registering to make sure the states you are licensed have approved the course/seminar and allow Virtual education in place of classroom education during the pandemic.

This class will be held Virtually on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link prior to the class. You must follow the Virtual Education requirements providing a picture ID and using a Webcam and Audio functions on your electronic device to be seen and heard throughout the program. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle.

Class will begin at 9:00 am. Zoom will be open at 8:30 am to check your webcam and audio to meet the requirements of the class. 

This is a 3-hour seminar submitted to New Jersey and New York Appraisal Boards for 3 hours of Virtual CE. PA is reciprocal with NJ. You will copy your NJ CE certificate to submit to PA when audited.

Cancellation Policy

There is no refund for cancellation, no show or non-compliance on the day of class.

100% attendance is required and Virtual requirements must be met to receive CE.
