Seminar Description:  (2-Hours) Participants will learn how to determine the ISO construction classes to implement into appraisal valuation work for the cost approach. Students will be introduced to a full set of as-built plans for a mid-rise building to learn how to find the relevant information to determine the ISO classification of a building.

Note:  Our 3rd Q chapter lunch meeting will be held immediately prior to the seminar and is included in the seminar fee.

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $15.00 cancellation fee 

• 2 - 14 days prior to program start date, $35.00 cancellation fee 

• Less than 2 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment
