Speakers Steve Roach, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, and Bruce Beach, Esq. will discuss what does and doesn't work for appraisers at deposition and trial, including the "do's and don't's" for the nine phases of a litigation support assignment, from the first phone call through trial testimony.

EDUCATION CREDIT - This seminar is approved for ten points of Appraisal Institute continuing education credit, and for two hours of BREA continuing education credit (Approval No. 19CP754601364). 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: Up to 15 days prior to program start date, a $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all requests for cancellation. Between two and 14 days prior to program start date, a $35.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all requests for cancellation. Less than two days prior to program start date, no refunds will be given.
