Cancellation Policy

 All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the cancellation fee below. 

* Up To 15 days prior to program start date, refund in full.

* 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee.

* Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.

Class begins: 1:30pm 

Tuition includes class materials only, coffee, tea and water...no other food included. Students are on their own for lunch. 

Hotel Accommodations: For room accommodations contact the Holiday Inn Express/Suites [formerly the Best Western), 875 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh PA 15220 (412-922-7070). Room rate of $97 per night, advise that you are with the Appraisal Institute when making your reservation. The Holiday Inn offers a continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, fitness room and pool. As well as complimentary airport (PIT), in town, and local shuttle service to their quests.

Certificates of Completion will be e-mailed from the National office in Chicago upon submission of the on-line Instructor Evaluation.
