We are honored to have the Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi join us for lunch. The Assessor will come and update the Chicago Chapter of the Appraisal Institute on the policy and procedure changes to the Cook County Assessor Office (CCAO). The Assessor will speak to the CCAO assessment methodologies, workflow, processes, data collection, valuation models, communication, outreach and transparency.
