Education Credit: This seminar is approved for Appraisal Institute CE credit and is pending approval for 3 1/2 hours of Pennsylvania Appraising CE credit. Course approval, administration/presentation and issuance of certificates of completion will be the responsibility of the Appraisal Institute of NWPA.   Students should make appropriate inquires with the Appraisal Institute and State Board to ensure that the course is properly approved.
