Seminar Description - Flood maps are a part of appraising, but what do they mean?  Appraisers should have a basic understanding of why flooding occurs, how to read a flood map, and where to find someone to help them learn more.  Recognize the different types of flooding, learn how the National Flood Insurance Program is administered, and understand the components of a Flood Insurance Rate Map.

7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $25.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment.
