ANSI will be required April 1, 2022 by Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

In two short hours, Joyce Pusey, SRA, AI-RRS, Residential Certified Appraiser will walk attendees through the basics of the ANSI requirements and will make sure you are in line with the ANSI rules. These include the following:

1. Measuring and including stairs when required.
2. Ceiling Height Requirements
3. Measuring to the nearest inch, foot, half foot, etc.
4. Do I need to start in a certain place?
5. Can I still use my old tape or do I have to use a laser?
6. Do I need a statement that indicates I complied with ANSI?

Prior registration is required by 3/14. Zoom login information will be sent closer to the event. There is no Continuing Education Credit for this webinar. You are invited to submit questions for Joyce in advance here.
