The meeting will feature the installation of 2022 Chapter officers, directors, and regional representatives. The Installing Officer will be Bob Perdue, MAI. The meal will be a buffet that includes mixed baby greens salad with goat cheese, spiced nuts, dried cranberries with lemon vinaigrette, grilled chili garlic marinated flank steak, citrus soy salmon, bacon fingerling potato hash, coconut lime rice, baby bok choy, and mini assorted cheesecakes.
