Seminar Description: This seminar aims to address the ever-changing- requirements pertaining to its subject matter. Specifically, it will focus on the current requirements, as well as significant changes that have occurred in 2002, 2019, and the most recent changes as 04/2023. Due to the dynamic nature of these requirements, there has been a lot of confusion surrounding what is necessary, how to report, and the reasons behind these changes. The primary goal of this seminar is to provide clarity and understanding to participants regarding the current regulations and shed light on the modifications made to the previous requirements. By attending this seminar, participants will gain valuable insights into the latest requirements, enabling them to stay compliant and up to date with the evolving standards. Moreover, it will provide a comprehensive understanding of the rationale behind these changes, helping attendees adapt their practices accordingly. Through informative presentations and interactive discussions, this seminar will be an essential resource for navigating the complexities of the subject matter and ensuring adherence to the most current guidelines.
