Seminar Description:  This seminar aims to address the ever-changing- requirements pertaining to its subject matter. Specifically, it will focus on the current requirements, as well as significant changes that have occurred in 2002, 2019, and the most recent changes as 04/2023.

Due to the dynamic nature of these requirements, there has been a lot of confusion surrounding what is necessary, how to report, and the reasons behind these changes.
