Cancellation Policy 

• Up To 15 days prior to program start date, $15.00 cancellation fee 

• 7 - 14 days prior to program start date, $30.00 cancellation fee 

• Less than 7 days prior to program start date, forfeit of payment 

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Confirmed students should not assume that cancellation has been granted until a confirmation has been received. Direct your email requests to: wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com.

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIA VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY.  STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A COMPUTER, WEBCAM AND MICROPHONE.  IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE REQUIRED EQUIPMENT TO PARTICIPATE AND RECEIVE CREDIT.

Virtual Classroom Guidelines:   Students must have a computer, webcam and microphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit.  The platform will be interactive and live via Zoom.  The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able to see and interact with the instructor.  

A copy of your driver's license must be emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the start date.  You will receive a separate email from the chapter office with log-in access information in addition to the seminar handout a few days prior to class.  Please contact the chapter office if you have any questions regarding the participation guidelines at wcoastfl@tampabay.rr.com

Attendance: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
