Speaker Info: Ted Townsend, Chief Economic Development Officer for the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce and Mark Herbison, President and CEO of HTL Advantage, will be discussing the single largest investment in Tennessee history: Ford and SK Innovation’s commitment to building a $5.6 billion electric vehicle and battery manufacturing campus known as Blue Oval City near Memphis that will directly employ nearly 6,000 people. Parking is for this event is $3 in Overton Square's state-of-the art public parking garage. Just park, snap a photo of your license plate (or write it down), and pay via cash, coin, or card at the pay machines conveniently located in all four corners of the first floor of the garage. Hotel Reservation Information: We do not have a block of rooms held anywhere. However, The Memphian Hotel is within walking distance being just 0.1 miles away. There is also a La Quinta Inn & Suites that is an 8 minute drive from the venue that may provide a more wallet-friendly rate for those that need a hotel room for the night. This event is free for members and $25 per guest.
