Metro New Jersey Chapter's 17th Annual Fall Conference at the Holiday Inn Clark on Friday, October 25, 2019. Topics: Blockchain for Real Estate, Environmental Assessments, Investigations & Remediation, Adventure Crossing USA, Tax Assessment Legislative Update, and the Economic Overview: Bearing Fruit or Dying on the Vine?. Continental breakfast and Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. Please be aware that the Appraisal Institute enforces the 100% attendance requirements mandated by the Appraisal Foundation and state regulatory agencies. If you do not attend 100% of the 7-hour program, you will not receive CE. The program has been approved for 7 CE credits to the New Jersey Real Estate Appraisers Board (2019-11073) and the New York Real Estate Appraisal Board (A5057-07) *PA is reciprocal with NJ. Also submitted to the NJ Tax Assessors Board and the Real Estate Commission Board for Realtor CE.

Chapter event enrollment and cancellation policy ENROLLMENT POLICY: Your enrollment form and payment by check, purchase order, or online registration must be received by the chapter office at least one week prior to the day of event. CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be a minimum 10% of the cost of the registration fee for cancellations. No refund for cancellations within 5 business days of the event, unless replacement is found. All cancellations must be received by email. The chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, and to change speakers if necessary.
