Seminar: 8:30am - 4:30pm (1x20 minute break in the am, 1 hour lunch, and 1x20 minute break in the afternoon)

**A CE application for DIFI will be submitted for 7.0 hours of CE** (If you are seeking credit from a State outside of Arizona, please confirm with the State Board prior to registering for this in-person offering as we cannot guarantee CE in any other State other than Arizona)

It’s Back!!  Our annual Fall Forum on Real Estate Trends is back after a long COVID induced hiatus. We’re excited to bring you this full day seminar with a variety of speakers. This year’s Fall Forum will be on November 10 and will be held at the same location (Willow Conference Center – 4340 East Cotton Center, Suite 100).

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS
Written cancellations received by Thursday, October 27, are subject to a $45 cancellation fee.  Cancellations received after that time but prior to noon on Thursday, November 3, are subject to a $65 cancellation fee.  No refunds for cancellations received after November 3 or for program "no shows".  Cancellations can be emailed to aiphoenix152@gmail.com.


We reserve the right to substitute instructors, to cancel or modify this program if sufficient registrations are not received by Thursday, October 27 or due to other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of cancellation, tuition fees will be refunded. All other costs incurred are the registrant’s responsibility.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
There is no required equipment for this in-person conference.  However, registrants should bring pen/paper or tablet for taking notes.  Note:  Electrical outlets may not be available.
