Seminar Description

The County Property Appraiser’s will provide an overview of the composition of the current tax roll and assessments for the current (2020) tax year, as well as present general trends and challenges.

  • Become familiar with the property composition of the counties within South Florida and gain an understanding of the similarities and differences between the counties
  • Learn about general trends identified in the current tax year
  • Understand some of the challenges and solutions addressed in the assessment process
