Seminar Description:
This program will focus on developing and communicating credible and supportable evaluation appraisal services. The program will focus on minimum requirements outlined in the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines.
This is the core document that practitioners must adhere to when providing this appraisal service. This program will expand specifics within that document to a related publication, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations must be received in writing at the chapter office. Required Equipment: Some classes require you to bring a laptop and or other equipment. Be sure to read the class description to determine if any equipment is required. The Appraisal Institute, the South Florida Chapter, the Instructor or the facility will not be responsible for the loss of your personal belongings.
Course Attendance-Don’t be late: One hundred percent (100%) attendance is required for all Appraisal Institute education programs. This follows Appraiser Qualification Board minimum criteria requirements. Students should not be late or leave early. If you are late or leave early you will not receive credit.
State CE Credit: This class is only approved for Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board continuing education credit. For other states, you should determine current education approval and requirements.
