Efficiency and Green Features are a growing trend in Southwest Florida. The new
appraisal reports being draft by the GSEs will have more of these fields than
the current 1004 form. This class will give you resources to find the homes and
resources to support trends and adjustments. Expect
an interactive session with productive discussion on ways to make your reports
more meaningful with support for the market’s reaction to these features
