Notes

This two hour Zoom seminar will be held from 8am-10am, PST.  After registering for this seminar please make a copy of your drivers license and email to aioregon@oregonappraisers.org. Feel free to mark out any information you're not comfortable emailing, all I need is your name, address and your photo. Your license is how we verify your attendance for continuing education with the state and the Appraisal Institute.

You will be sent the zoom call in information a few days before the seminar. Please start to log in at 7:30am so we can start promptly at 8am, we have a lot to cover in the two hours and need to have everyone on the call and verified by 8am.

A camera and microphone are required for this Zoom seminar. Your camera needs to be on at all times, if not we have to assume that you have left the seminar and will not receive continuing education and you won't be given a refund.

Additional Information

Several days after the seminar you will be able to log in and print your continuing education certificate. Any questions please email Vicki Champ at aioregon@oregonappraisers.org or call or text her at 503.910.5952.
