Class Description: This 3-hour Florida Law Update class is required by the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board to renew Florida real estate appraiser licenses once every two years. This 3-hour seminar was developed by Region X of the Appraisal Institute, who is solely responsible for its content. 

SEMINAR MATERIALS WILL BE E-MAILED PRIOR TO CLASS. YOU MUST BRING A COPY OR A LAPTOP/TABLET.
