Virtual Meeting Participation Guidelines: Students must have webcam/iphone/ipad/smartphone capability to participate and receive continuing education credit. The platform will be interactive and live. The instructor must be able to physically see and interact with all students and students must be able see and interact with the instructor. You must send a copy of a picture ID, which can be your driver's license with all details blacked out except the name and picture emailed to the Chapter office as verification after you have registered for the offering prior to the offering start date. You cannot take virtual education from a vehicle; you must be able to see the presentation, be seen and respond if necessary. ZOOM access link will be emailed to student prior to the offering in separate email from registration confirmation. If you are using your Ipad/Iphone/smartphone please download the ZOOM app prior to offering. Check state approvals before registering to make sure the states you are licensed have approved the course/seminar and allow Virtual education in place of classroom education during the pandemic.

The 2-hour meeting has been submitted to the New Jersey and New York State Board of Real Estate Appraisal Boards for 2 CE hours.

Registration and Happy Hour will start at 5:30 pm. Zoom will be open at 5:00 pm to check your webcam and mic to meet virtual education requirements. The 2-hour program will run from6:00 - 8:00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

For virtual courses: Up to 1 day prior to the program start date, $10 - $50 cancel fee depending on the program and

Less than 1 day prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.
