With more than 30 years of appraisal experience, I provide residential valuation, review, consulting, and litigation support services throughout Northern Utah and the Wasatch Front. I am the owner of J. Leland & Company, Chief Appraiser at DataMaster since 2016, and hold the SRA and AI-RRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. I am also an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor and a national instructor for the Appraisal Institute. My practice emphasizes credible analysis, clear communication, and practical solutions for clients, attorneys, lenders, and property owners. I was recently elected the Weber County Assessor, and appointed to the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board.
