The very first Valley Seminar began in 1970. Our “modern” version of the Valley Seminar became known as the Annual Spring Conference in 2000. This conference continues to evolve each year, with intriguing and informative breakout sessions that provide a greater depth of topics and the opportunity to hear from and connect with a variety of appraisal and allied professionals. It is the combination of quality and content which draws an increasing number of attendees not only from the Central Valley but from the greater Bay Area and beyond!

This conference is approved for 35-points of Appraisal Institute CEC; applications for 7-hours of BREA CEC and SBE Training Credit are being submitted. IRWA, ASFMRA and ASA typically offer reciprocal CEC credit for approved AI offerings; check with your organization for confirmation. Those seeking credit from outside the State of California should check directly with their state board about reciprocal credit before registering. Out-of-state credit cannot be guaranteed.
