Chapters may also submit for state approval of certain CE seminars they are sponsoring, and those approvals are not listed below. If your state does not have hours listed below, please contact the Appraisal Institute or the sponsoring chapter for further information or contact your state agency for a comprehensive approval list.
Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education (Formal Complaint Process for KY residents)
To file a complaint with the Kentucky Commission on Proprietary Education, a complaint shall be in writing and shall be filed on Form PE-24, Form to File a Complaint, accompanied, if applicable, by Form PE-25, Authorization for Release of Student Records.

Synchronous Education - Any distance education course offered by the Appraisal Institute national headquarters where the instructor and students interact simultaneously online, similar to a phone call, video chat or live webinar, or web-based meeting.
