Seminar Description: The real estate appraisal profession is at a technological crossroads. This 7-hour, beginner-level course provides a practical, hands-on introduction to leveraging generative AI, specifically designed for real estate appraisers. Focusing on a powerful Large Language Model (LLM), ChatGPT, this training moves beyond theory to offer immediately applicable skills. Participants will learn how to set up a secure and compliant AI workspace, master the art of effective prompting, and integrate AI-powered tools into their daily workflow to enhance efficiency and report quality. With a strong emphasis on professional ethics, the course provides a clear framework for using AI in alignment with USPAP standards, ensuring the appraiser's judgment and responsibility remain central to the valuation process. Appraisers will walk away from this course not just with theoretical knowledge, but with the practical skills and confidence to implement AI as a powerful, ethical tool in their daily appraisal practice.
