Registered meeting attendees will receive an email with the Zoom meeting link to login within 24 hours of the meeting.
Attendees will need a reliable internet connection, computer, web camera, audio output, and microphone to fully participate in this meeting. A smartphone will suffice since this is not a continuing education program.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct Q3 2026 Region V Committee business.

Please plan to join the meeting fifteen (15) minutes early to ensure a successful Zoom login and prompt meeting start time.
Attendees: Region V Committee Members, Chapter Executive Directors, and Meeting Guests
Region V Committee Members: Region Directors, Immediate Past Region Chair, Region Finance Officer, Region Education Liaison, Chapter Services Chair, Chapter Presidents, Chapter Regional Representatives, and the Region V Member on the National Government Relations Committee.
**Region V Alternates are welcome and highly encouraged to join and listen, even if not needed as a voting member.
REGION MEETING ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Attendance Members:
Members serving in the following positions are required to attend Regional Committee meetings.
- Region Chair
- Region Vice Chair
- Third Region Director
- Immediate Past Region Chair
- Region Financial Officer
- Chapter Presidents
- Chapter Vice Presidents
- National Government Relations Committee Member
If you are a Chapter President or Chapter Vice President, you are eligible to attend and vote by proxy IF you have an excused absence and there are no elected Chapter Alternates available to attend the meeting in your place. All other Mandatory Attendance Members are eligible to attend and vote by proxy if they have an excused absence.
Voluntary Attendance Members:
Members serving in the following positions on the Regional Committee are not required to attend Regional Committee meetings.
- Chapter Regional Representatives (except the President and Chapter VP)
If no elected Chapter Alternate Regional Representative can attend the Regional Committee meeting, regional representatives may attend and vote by proxy. Cancellation Policy
If a registrant wishes to cancel registration, a cancellation notice must be submitted in writing via email to Nancy.Linton-Hall@appraisalinstitute.org
