Notes

This presentation will focus on the evolution of appraising from the 1930’s to today. Additionally, we will discuss topics that have come up in cases such as the large mortgage cases, tax cases and condemnation cases. The evolution of Standards, Ethics and theory will be presented. Finally, as a group we will discuss the future of appraising. Social time with cash bar will start at 5:30, meeting with buffet dinner will start at 6:00, Presentation will start approximately at 6:45.
