Attendance Policy:

  • 100% attendance required for CE credit
  • Webcam must be on the entire time
  • Roll call and engagement monitored via Zoom
  • ID check & gallery view screenshot will be done at start of class

Continuing Education

This seminar is approved for 20 Appraisal Institute Points.  The Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board has approved 4 hours of CE credit.  We have applied for 4 hours approval with the South Carolina Real Estate Appraisers Board.  100% attendance is required for credit.

Disruptive Students: When, in the judgment of the instructor, Chapter or AI National staff, a student is disrupting an educational program to the detriment of other students, the student will be dismissed from the program. Dismissed students will not be eligible for state or AI credit for the program.  No refunds will be given.

Cancellation Policy

At the Atlanta Area Chapter AI, we understand that circumstances may arise that force our registrants to cancel their enrollment. In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please note our Enrollment Cancellation Policy.  To cancel your registration, you must submit a cancellation notice in writing via email to suzanne.brockway@appraisalinstitute.org. Please include your reason for cancellation in your email.


Cancellation Fees

Please note that the Enrollment Cancellation Fees vary based on the timing of your cancellation.  

  • If you cancel up to 4 days prior to the program start date, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. 
  • If you cancel 3 days or less prior to the program start date, no refund will be provided.
