President Elect, Ashley Johnson, MAI, SRA will join us to give a short presentation on the "State of the Appraisal Institute" and install the Tennessee Chapter Officers for 2027. Our annual awards will be presented, as well as, a door prize! As usual, this event is free for members and $25 per guest.
