The Value of Sustainability will be presented by Woody Fincham, SRA, AI-RRS.
This informative
seminar will discuss sustainable building valuation. Recently, local
appraisers conducted a white paper study which was completed on green home
certifications. The seminar will cover the specifics on that study and also
discuss solar PV valuation for the GSEs and agencies associated with lending
use work. We will also do an overview of sustainable
improvements for non-residential properties.
