• Group Room Rate: $210
• Group room rate is subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 18.475%) in effect at the time of check-in. Additionally, there is a $3.00 city development fee per room, per night, which is also taxable.
• All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
• Attendee reservations must be cancelled by 11:59 p.m. EST, 3 days prior to the arrival date. Any reservation cancelled after 11:59 p.m. EST, 3 days prior to the arrival date, will be charged the first night’s room and tax. However, check your personal reservation confirmation, for verification of this cancellation policy.
Reservations must be made by 8/30/24, for the group rate, based on availability. After this Cutoff Date, the Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale.
